The idea is simple: instead of you coming to us, we bring the vehicle to you. You tell us your hotel, the date and a handover time. On the day, a member of our team drives the car to your hotel and meets you in the lobby or at the entrance.
From there, you do the paperwork over a coffee, walk around the car together and get a short briefing. After that, the keys are yours. The whole process usually takes 20–30 minutes.

Paperwork
Bring your passport, your driving licence and, if needed, an International Driving Permit. We’ll go through the rental agreement, insurance cover and deposit. Also ask any questions about mileage, fuel or cross-border travel at this point.
Vehicle walk-around
Together, we check the body for marks and photograph them. Then we look at the tyres and spare, the jack and tools, and the warning triangles. Finally, you’ll confirm the fuel level, usually a full tank, on the contract.

Planning Your First Drive From the Hotel
Once you have the keys, plan to leave by mid-morning so you arrive in daylight. Typical drive times from Kigali are 2–2.5 hours to Musanze for Volcanoes, about 2.5 hours to the Akagera gate, and 3–3.5 hours to Rubavu on Lake Kivu. Nyungwe is a longer 5–6 hours.

Common Questions About Hotel Delivery
Is hotel delivery available outside Kigali?
Kigali is our main delivery area. Delivery to hotels in Musanze, Rubavu or near the parks can often be arranged; ask when you book.
What if my hotel has no parking?
Most Kigali hotels have guarded parking. If yours doesn’t, we’ll suggest a safe spot nearby for the handover.
Can I change the handover time after booking?
Yes. Just message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, and we’ll adjust the slot.
Do I need to be in the lobby in person?
The main driver must attend, because we check the licence and passport and they sign the agreement.
